Our Community

Our team members are encouraged and supported to volunteer their time and skills with our cause partner, The Big Issue, or fundraising for other charities they care about. Small donations of product to other charities is an important connection to the communities in which we work.

Community Engagement

Workwear Group partners with select charitable and community organisations as we believe it is important to give back to the communities we operate in.

The Big Issue

The Big Issue

Workwear Group’s corporate cause partner is The Big Issue, a not-for-profit that helps people experiencing marginalisation, disadvantage or are at-risk of homelessness. Workwear Group has supported The Big Issue through monetary investment, magazine distribution and sales, skilled and unskilled volunteering and work opportunities at our distribution centre for their Women’s Workforce.

First Nations Scholarship Program

Workwear Group recognises the unique challenges faced by many Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander students. That’s why we have established a First Nations Scholarship Program to provide financial support and resources to help students achieve their study and career aspirations.

Our vision is to create a pathway for First Nations leaders within our community. Through educational investment, we aim to empower individuals to excel academically and contribute meaningfully to their communities and to the future workforce.
