Prashant Billimoria — Executive General Manager
Prashant Billimoria is an accomplished executive with over twenty years of experience in finance, operations, and technology. Through his leadership, Workwear Group's brands, including King Gee, Hard Yakka, NNT, and WWG Uniforms, are on the path to becoming the leading provider of workwear solutions. He has led significant transformations, including elevating the finance and supply chain functions, delivering improved customer experience, digitisation of processes and efficiencies, and a proactive approach to risk management. Prashant is also deeply committed to fostering a positive and inclusive culture at WWG, where employees are valued and empowered, making it an inspiring place to work.
Matthew Blashki — General Manager of Uniforms & Operations
Matthew Blashki is a seasoned professional with over twenty years of experience in the retail industry. He has held various positions such as General Manager, Merchandise Manager, Business Manager and Planner at The PAS Group Limited and Country Road Group. He is currently the General Manager of Uniforms & Operations at Workwear Group.
Craig Gordon — General Manager of Wholesale & Industrial Brands
Craig Gordon has over forty years of experience in the retail industry, with a focus on workwear and footwear. He has held various positions in sales, management and product development, working for companies such as Gazal, Pacific Brands and Kmart Corporation. Currently, he serves as the General Manager of Wholesale & Industrial Brands at Workwear Group.
Carly Little — General Manager of People, Safety & Sustainability
Carly Little is a dynamic people and culture leader with a passion for fostering an environment where team members can thrive and share a responsibility for exceeding customer expectations. Carly’s experience spans functions, industries, and geographies. She has worked with leading organisations including The Walt Disney Company and The Economist Group in HR, sales and operations roles. Her current role as General Manager — People, Safety & Sustainability at Workwear Group is focused on building engaged, high-performing teams who, through their efforts and commitments, have a positive influence on the community, the products we create and the planet.
Debbie Browning - Chief Information Officer
Debbie Browning has over 25 years’ experience in technology and digital transformation across leading retail and wholesale organisations such as Nike, Coles, and Origin Energy. She is dedicated to sustainable growth and empowering businesses to thrive in an ever-evolving digital landscape. As Chief Information Officer at Workwear Group, Debbie helps drive success through practical application of digital technologies and systems, as well as transformative projects that optimise operations, enhance customer experiences, and improve financial performance. She has a keen eye for identifying future business opportunities and trends, and proudly fosters a culture of continuous improvement.
Robyn Longford - Chief Financial Officer
Robyn Longford is an accomplished CFO and strategic leader with a strong finance background in ASX-listed organisations. Her expertise spans capital investment, financial control, internal audit and delivering commercial value through transformative initiatives. Her notable achievements include embedding & leading business partnering and planning for Officeworks and managing finance and operations for JB Hi-Fi Solutions. As Workwear Group's CFO she supports the business' strategic agenda and aspirations for growth within the Wesfarmers Group. Robyn believes in building authentic relationships and leveraging team strengths for exceptional outcomes.
Jamie Meikleham - Country Manager WWG NZ
Jamie Meikleham is an authentic leader with extensive experience in transforming, and growing complex international businesses. He previously led Canterbury of New Zealand through significant transformations in the Australian and New Zealand markets, focusing on the needs of consumers and ensuring sustainable and profitable growth. With a strong background in commercial and intellectual property law, Jamie's diverse expertise enables him to lead teams across the consumer goods value chain, while also bringing valuable governance insights to Workwear Group. In his role of Country Manager New Zealand he plays a crucial role in driving Workwear Group’s growth by strategically expanding the company's presence, fostering strong relationships with local partners, and implementing effective business strategies tailored to the New Zealand market.
